Mga Tuntunin at Kundisyon

Petsa ng Pagkakabisa: January 2025
Maligayang pagdating sa Siquijor Healers School (“kami,” “atin,” o “amin”). Sa pag-access o paggamit ng aming website at mga serbisyo ng pagiging miyembro (“Serbisyo”), sumasang-ayon kang sumunod at mapailalim sa mga sumusunod na Tuntunin at Kundisyon. Mangyaring basahin nang mabuti.
1. Karapat-dapat Maging Miyembro
Ang pagiging miyembro ay bukas lamang sa mga indibidwal na hindi bababa sa 18 taong gulang. Sa pagrehistro, kinukumpirma mong tama at kumpleto ang lahat ng impormasyong ibinigay mo.
2. Pagpaparehistro ng Account
Ikaw ang responsable sa pag-iingat ng iyong account at password. Sumasang-ayon kang ipaalam agad sa amin kung may hindi awtorisadong paggamit ng iyong account.
3. Bayad sa Miyembro at Pagbabayad
Ang pag-access sa ilang nilalaman at tampok ay nangangailangan ng bayad sa pagiging miyembro. Ang lahat ng bayad ay hindi na mare-refund at kailangang bayaran bago gamitin ang serbisyo. May karapatan kaming baguhin ang aming mga bayarin anumang oras, na may abiso sa mga miyembro.
4. Paggamit ng Nilalaman
Ang lahat ng nilalaman sa Siquijor Healers School, kabilang ang mga video, artikulo, meditasyon, at mga materyales sa kurso, ay para lamang sa personal at hindi pang-komersyal na paggamit. Hindi mo maaaring kopyahin, ipamahagi, o ibahagi ang nilalaman nang walang pahintulot mula sa amin.
5. Kodigo ng Pag-uugali
Inaasahan naming ang lahat ng miyembro ay makikitungo nang may paggalang sa kapwa miyembro at mga guro. Ang anumang uri ng panliligalig, pang-aabuso, o nakakagambalang asal ay maaaring magresulta sa suspensyon o pagtanggal ng pagiging miyembro.
6. Karapatang-ari
Ang lahat ng nilalaman, trademark, logo, at materyales ay pag-aari ng Siquijor Healers School o ng aming mga tagapaglisensya. Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang hindi awtorisadong paggamit.
7. Paalala
Ang aming mga Serbisyo ay para lamang sa edukasyonal at espiritwal na pag-unlad. Hindi kami nagbibigay ng medikal, sikolohikal, o legal na payo. Kumonsulta sa kwalipikadong propesyonal para sa mga ganitong usapin.
8. Limitasyon ng Pananagutan
Ang Siquijor Healers School ay hindi mananagot sa anumang pinsala na dulot ng paggamit mo ng aming Serbisyo. Ang iyong paglahok ay kusang-loob at sariling pananagutan.
9. Pagwawakas
May karapatan kaming itigil o suspindihin ang iyong pagiging miyembro anumang oras, nang walang abiso, kung lalabag ka sa mga Tuntunin at Kundisyon na ito.
10. Pagbabago ng mga Tuntunin
Maaari naming baguhin ang mga Tuntunin at Kundisyon na ito paminsan-minsan. Ang patuloy na paggamit ng Serbisyo pagkatapos ng pagbabago ay nangangahulugang tinatanggap mo ang mga bagong tuntunin.
11. Batas na Umiiral
Ang mga Tuntunin at Kundisyon na ito ay pinamamahalaan ng mga batas ng Pilipinas.
12. Makipag-ugnayan sa Amin
Para sa mga katanungan o alalahanin, mangyaring makipag-ugnayan sa amin sa [email protected].
